Job Summary • Support in executing regional strategies and social media campaigns in the Southeast Asia region


Work with social media agency and regional business units on the development and execution of social media strategies and content creation for new product launches


  • Implement social media amplification and affiliate marketing as part of integrated marketing campaign
  • Collaborate with the internal teams (PR/Digital/Ecommerce/Marcom) for strategic planning across social platforms to enhance online presence, community engagement and drive sales conversion
  • Review and edit the contents for Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn platforms as well as executive profiles and Epson Singapore page on LinkedIn
  • Manage influencer marketing campaign and support media/influencer engagement events
  • Able to travel (monthly basis) to Singapore to oversee video content creation at regional office or events
  • Provide social media analysis in monthly reports
  • Support regional stakeholders on reporting requirements
  • Manage vendors to ensure expenses are kept within approved budget and deliverables adhere to communication guidelines and given timeline

  • Conduct outreach through different channels to offer positions to potential candidates.
  • Identify and qualify candidates by conducting behavioral interviews.
  • Work closely with the executive team and team leads to identify and hire top talent.
  • Ensure and maintain a good candidate experience throughout the application process. 
  • Contribute to designing and leading events to attract talent and drive employment brands.
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers, Business Operations teams, and all levels of leadership to present hiring recommendations and close candidates.
  • Manage the organization’s career sites, and develop programs to maintain a sufficient pool of candidates.
