We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Business Unit Head to oversee the end-to-end logistics and fulfillment operations for our e-commerce business. E-Commerce Business Unit Head will be responsible for managing first mile (international/domestic) shipping solutions, customs clearance, warehouse operations, last mile delivery, and customer services to ensure efficient and seamless movement of goods from bulk to individual parcels. This role will involve managing both B2B and B2C supply chain processes, optimizing logistics networks, and ensuring a superior customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Take the lead in developing the company’s e-commerce supply chain services solutions in the Philippines, working and liaising with colleagues in other markets and company divisions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the business unit
  • Discover, create and maintain an opportunity sales funnel of prospective clients
