    Use of Protective Covers:

    • Apply protective covers to matting, steering, shifting, and seats to prevent damage.


    Cleanliness and Care:

    • Ensure customer vehicles remain clean during the repair process.


    Additional Recommendations:

    • Evaluate vehicles for any additional repairs or recommendations and have them signed off by the Lead man.


    Checklist Completion:

    • Accurately complete and maintain PMS or Excellence Plus checklists to document the service process.



    Road Testing and Safety:


    Test Drive Vehicles:

    • Conduct road tests on designated routes, prioritizing safety at all times.


    Pending Repairs:


    Vehicle Security:

    • For vehicles waiting on parts or approval, ensure windows are closed and parts are safely stored inside.



    Completion and Quality Assurance:


    Verify Repairs:

    • Confirm all repairs are completed and documented on the Repair Order.


    Quality Sign-Off:

    • Ensure Lead man’s signature is obtained, and sign the Repair Order to certify quality assurance.


    Additional Recommendations Documentation:

    1. Building Maintenance Works (Electrical and Plumbing)

    • Double check the building facilities and utilities like building lights (tenants and admin), Water, Fire Extinguishers, Telephone lines and Generator are working properly and in good normal operating conditions.
    • Inspect daily the proper upkeep of the power room located in the ground floor of parking area. The power room should be kept clean and free of garbage and other stocks. It should not be storage of any maintenance tools and materials.
    • Daily inspect and ensures that transformer pads are well kept and secured.
    • Ensures preventive maintenance of Generator Set (checking of oil, water and fuel).
    • Inspect daily the panel boards and ensure that all bolts are tightened. Make a schedule of the bolt tightening if deemed necessary.
    • Does the request of all lacking equipment and items needed for the maintenance of the building.
    • Conducts daily inspections to all comfort rooms, water lines, pipes, open drainage, catch basin, and other plumbing facilities and connections.
    • Ensure that all plumbing drainage and pipes are working well and no threat of over flowing and blockage.
    • Inspect daily all comfort rooms facilities for any breakage and schedule immediately replacements.
    • Inspect daily the proper upkeep of the Drain and catch basin and other plumbing outlets and remove any blockage to ensure continuous flow of water waste.
    • Attend to all needs relating to any plumbing requirements and repairs as reported to the admin office.


    2. Technician Works

    • Maintains, diagnoses and repairs a variety of equipment including water dispensers, air-conditions and other related equipment.
    • Performs monthly cleaning and checking of air-condition equipment in the office.

     

    3. Other Maintenance Works

    • Does canvassing of all building equipment and materials to be purchased if deemed necessary.
    • Checks daily reading of All Around Utility to Light and Water for Loom/Lone Meter of Tenants and Main/Admin and prepare reports.
    • Attends meetings (i.e. Weekly or Monthly Meetings) as required by immediate head and other departments.

     

    4. Other Admin Works

    • Assist IT to fix down cameras as needed
    • Drive a car/or motorcycle as prescribed by the management during field work. Note that the company provides free driving training with a maximum of 10 sessions under our Maintenance Department.
    • Once a week Scheduled Support Delivery Driver to Logistics
    • Management Driver to the President every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 12:00Midnight to 2:00AM
    • Attend as Citi Condos Admin/Building Maintenance for one (1) Sunday every month
    • Assist at Citi Arena operations if needed.
    • Pull out all garbages, segregate and transfer to the homestead area for loading to garbage truck.
    • Performs carpentry, electrical, painting, welding, mechanical and plumbing, maintenance and repairs such as repairing furniture, constructing shelves, installing switches, replacing plugs and other basic appliance repairs, applying paint and other finishes, repairing drywall, disassembling and reassembling equipment, replacing sinks and toilets and apply finishing.
    • Cleans external areas such as entranceways, sidewalks and parking lots using brooms and other equipment to remove dirt and other refuse.
    • Completes and maintains PMS Calendar and related records such as maintenance logs and security incident reports relating to building maintenance and equipment.
    • Do other works as assigned by the Management.
