Key Responsibilities:

Our company is looking for a remote entry level recruiter to join our team! We are looking for someone that enjoys working with people and is looking for growth and a career opportunity in the Human Resources and Recruitment industry. This is a full-time work from home position!


Main responsibilities are:

  • Interview scheduling, managing calls, email and text campaigns
  • Sourcing of resumes, job posting ads and screening for assigned positions.
  • Conduct pre-screening phone interviews with potential candidates.
  • Train and develop new recruits.


Prior experience in recruiting, customer service or sales is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, we provide full training and growth opportunities.
