Job Description

  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, accounts receivable, intercompany accounts and other general ledger accounts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Financial Statements (FS): Prepare FS, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Journal Entries: Make journal entries to accurately reflect financial transactions and adjustments.
  • Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and support as needed. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Expense Management: Monitor and analyze expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with budgetary constraints. Identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting principles, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation for reference and audit purposes.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain the integrity of financial data in the accounting system. Perform regular data validation and clean-up tasks.
