Our ideal candidate is a Project Manager who comes from a technical background and has experience of working in an MSP environment. Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a professional and composed demeanour. They will utilise their exceptional active listening, time & organisational skills, critical thinking, and communication skills to ensure delivery is on time and on budget. The PM will be a team player, with meticulous attention-to-detail to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.
Responsibilities:
• Direct Project Management of allocated Projects.
• Ownership of Project Delivery utilising Project resources.
• Ensure successful Service Transition from Project Delivery to BAU Support.
• Responsible for the overall management of the budgets in their projects and escalate to management if these are heading over-budget.
• Responsible for the KPI’s for their projects, such as timelines and the adherence to staying within scope – escalating to management to ensure transparency of delivery.
• Close liaison with all other RFA teams to enhance delivery for each Project, by solid communication and the management of expectations for projects tasks and their budgets.
• Help to shape and deliver RFA’s Project Management methodology utilising Best Practice in conjunction with the PMO governance framework.
• Manage Project issues, risks, blockers, milestone and scope changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
