We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Operations Engineer with a strong AWS track record to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our AWS infrastructure and ensuring its availability, performance, and security.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support our cloud-based applications and services.

● Design, implement, and maintain the AWS network infrastructure, including VPCs, subnets, route tables, and security groups.

● Configure, maintain and monitor AWS components including servers and databases (MongoDB, EFS, Mysql, S3 etc)

● Configure, maintain and Monitor queuing systems including Redis and SQS

● Configure and manage AWS networking services, such as AWS Direct Connect, Virtual Private Gateways, Transit Gateways, and Elastic Load Balancers to optimize performance and minimize bottlenecks.

● Collaborate with other teams to optimize network-related aspects of applications or services.

● Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity issues using AWS monitoring and logging tools. Identify and resolve network issues, such as connectivity problems, latency, packet loss, or bandwidth constraints.

● Implement and manage network security measures, including IAM policies, security groups, and NACLs.

● Monitor network traffic for potential security threats or unauthorized access. Respond to security incidents and perform forensic analysis when necessary.

● Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to architect scalable and reliable network solutions for cloud-based applications.

● Patch management

● Conduct network capacity planning and scalability assessments to ensure the infrastructure meets the requirements of our growing business.

● Implement and maintain network automation and infrastructure-as-code using tools like AWS CloudFormation, AWS CLI, or Ansible scripting..

● Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for network-related incidents and outages.

● Keep up-to-date with the latest AWS networking services, features, and best practices and make recommendations for improvements.

● Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

● Help the team grow by introducing new ideas, mentoring your team-mates and collaborating with other senior members of the company.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, security analysts, application developers, and support personnel. Collaborate on projects, incident response, and troubleshooting efforts. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to convey complex network concepts or issues.

● Follow established change management processes to implement network changes, configurations, or upgrades. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations, and security standards. Adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs) for network availability and performance.

• Build, deploy, and support/maintain Networking, Databases, Software, and Servers within the Azure environment.
• Interact directly with OS support and/or vendors for troubleshooting enhancements.
• Engage with the support of regional clients
• Installs approved software on servers, following the standard procedures.
• Configure and install (or coordinate) upgrades/fixes or patches.
• Assists with evaluation, analysis, and maintenance of equipment to meet technical and security standards.
• Assists with evaluation of efficiency and cost-effectiveness of solution/resolution.

• Conduct thorough tax compliance and reporting for Cloud Panda PH Inc.
• Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Research tax regulations and ensure adherence to laws.
• Assist in tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the Information & Communication Technology sector.
• Provide support during audits and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.

As part of our continued expansion, we are on the lookout for a Associate Cloud Systems Engineer (IC1-G4) to join our Systems Operations Private Cloud team based in Manila, Philippines.

The successful individual will join the Global team currently spread across Europe & North America in the implementation and support of Cloud Services for external customers.

Performing as a member of the cloud hosting team to support the installation, optimization, integration, troubleshooting, recovery, modification, and upgrading of Continent 8 Cloud platforms and components to provide services that enable the systems to be highly available.



• Administration of physical and virtual infrastructure consisting of various server and storage hardware vendors and hypervisors including VMware, AWS and Azure
• Building, releasing, and managing the configuration of all production systems.
• Managing a continuous integration and deployment methodology for server-based technologies
• Working alongside architecture and engineering teams to support production systems
• Ensuring necessary system security by using best in class cloud security solutions
