Responsibilities


  • Provide counseling and mental health support: performs psychological interventions and support as necessary.  
  • Knowledge and Research: Management and exploration of sources that can provide assistance in the development of mental health modules for clients. 
  • Client engagement: Be responsive and reach out to all assigned clients through effective communication channels ensuring client retention. 
  • Keep organized: Utilizes systems to effectively track and communicate with clients and their information.
  • Work collaboratively: Work closely with the rest of the operations team and fellow coaches to address clients’ needs as effectively as possible. 


Qualifications:


In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally:


  • Have the ability to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa
  • Unrestricted license to practice counseling (Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, etc.) in the Philippines
  • A minimum of 300 direct Clinical Hours (not practicum or internship)
  • Be a high energy and self-motivated personality, a team player
  • Confident to work autonomously and is willing to share ideas
  • Be reliable and professional at all times
  • Have excellent communication skills in English
  • Be open to feedback and always willing to improve and develop
