Automation Engineer
We're looking for a skilled PLC Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be designing, programming, and maintaining PLC systems to keep automated processes running smoothly. You'll collaborate with various teams, troubleshoot issues, and find ways to continuously improve automation performance. We're especially interested in candidates with experience in Allen Bradley, and Siemens PLCs and Aveva software.
- PLC Programming and Development:
- Create and implement PLC programs for both new and existing automation systems.
- Write and test code for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) using languages like Ladder Logic, Structured Text, and Function Block Diagram.
- Develop and optimize programs specifically for Allen Bradley, and Siemens PLCs.
- System Design and Integration:
- Design control systems that include hardware, software, and networking components.
- Integrate PLCs with various automation equipment, such as sensors, actuators, and human-machine interfaces (HMIs).
- Utilize Aveva software for HMI and SCADA system development and integration.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
- Diagnose and fix issues with PLC hardware and software.
- Regularly update and maintain PLC systems to ensure they perform reliably and efficiently.
- Documentation and Training:
- Create detailed documentation for PLC programs, control systems, and integration processes.
- Train maintenance and operational staff on how to use and troubleshoot PLC systems.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement ways to improve our existing automation systems.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in PLC technology and automation practices.
Product Planner + Motorcycle
- Create a strategy and ideas of Color Materials Finish Graphics (CMFG) of Motorcycles true value that leads to Kando of customers.
- Conducts research and analysis of changes, updates on industry, social and market trends that may aid to achieve strategic plan on changes of Color Materials Finish Graphics of motorcycle models.
- Maintains knowledge of latest trends and latest technologies; applies this knowledge on the strategic planning of Color Materials Finish Graphics of models.
- Collaborate with other concerned sections from the formulations and development execution of Color Materials Finish of model.
- Monitor and ensure the general schedule of changes of coloring and graphics development is within the timeline set.
- Responsible for the monitoring and inventory of Product Planning assets
- Responsible for the documentation and control of the section’s fixed assets. Prepares, updates, and monitors fixed assets records to be submitted and reconciled with accounting list records.
- Responsible for the safekeeping of procedures, guidelines, operation standards, and other controlled documents issued
Quality Management System Officer
- Develop and implement quality management policies.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support on quality standards.
- Collaborate with teams to promote quality awareness.

Product and Development Assistant
- Conducts a comprehensive evaluation of defective parts returned to the customer. Ensure proper implementation of existing policies and procedures and also ensure cordial coordination with both internal and external customers in resolving issues, queries, and concerns.
- Secure correct sample for product development including handling of related processes involved such as evaluation and endorsement up to the final phase of product development. Ensure that these parts are properly endorsed and documented through the Product Information Sheet.
- Handles research and data gathering of existing and new products, its parts and related parts obtained from different catalogues and from available electronic data in order to continuously update and establish complete details in the product library.
- Conducts research inspection of items from shipment arrival and prepares reports using parts evaluation form. Ensure that all defects, variances and discrepancies are properly accounted for and documented and endorsed for clarification of suppliers.
- Assists in designing and preparing labels and stickers of various brands necessary in rema processes. ensure excellent output quality of these labels and stickers and guarantee a 100% inspection per set standards.
- Prepare visual aids related to IDS operations including visuals for proper packaging and placing of stickers of old and new products to guide warehouse members in the operation effectively.
- Actively participates and consistently assists the team in the completion and regular updates of the electronic parts catalog. Ensure effective product layout, accuracy of measurement, technical specification, and encoding of product description. Generate hard copies of the catalog as alternative references.
- Familiarize and master parts and their specifications such as material used and its characteristics, functions, model applications, parts number structures and territorial and market preferences.
- Perform other tasks/projects or related functions that immediate superior or head may assign from time to time.
Fiber Glass Technician
Creating and prototyping: Create and assemble fiberglass components according to specifications, which includes laying up fiberglass materials and applying resins to molds.
Repair Work: Inspect and repair damaged fiberglass items, ensuring they meet quality standards. This may involve patching, sanding, and finishing surfaces
Mold Preparation: Prepare molds for fiberglass application by cleaning, coating with release agents, and ensuring they are ready for production.
Quality Control: Conduct inspections of finished products to identify defects and ensure compliance with specifications. This includes measuring dimensions and checking for surface quality.
Automotive Accessories Installer
Installation of Automotive Accessories:
- Install a wide range of automotive accessories, including body kits, spoilers, side skirts, and other exterior and interior components.
- Ensure accurate and precise installation, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices.
Car Detailing:
- Perform comprehensive car detailing services, including washing, waxing, polishing, and interior cleaning.
- Pay close attention to detail to achieve a flawless finish.
- Use specialized tools and techniques to restore and maintain the vehicle's appearance.
Vehicle Inspection:
