You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organisation by delivering high-level administrative and management coordination. Ideally, you’ll be someone who thrives in an office environment, has a strong background in similar roles, such as management, sales, or administrative support, and can seamlessly assist executives with their needs to have a net positive impact from the start.

About the Role:
As an Executive Assistant, you will be working closely with our leadership team, providing administrative, sales, and management support to help streamline their day-to-day responsibilities. This is a critical role in ensuring that our executives can focus on strategic decision-making while you handle essential operational tasks. Your role will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with discretion. You’ll also be tasked with project coordination and acting as a liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
• Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.)
• Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
