Description

- 记录并报告用户反馈，收集市场问题数据，以帮助优化产品和服务。
Requirements
- 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够协调内外部资源处理用户投诉。
- 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，持续学习并了解行业的最新发展，以提供准确的信息。
- 对 Web 3, 金融知识，区块链行业有浓厚兴趣，有相关经验者优先。
- 具有团队合作精神，充满工作热情，人品正直诚实，能承受工作压力。
- 能接受灵活性工作安排，有团体精神。
- Base 在马来西亚，远程灵活性办公
- 良好的中英文书写。
- 公司提供培训。
待遇：
月休8天，工作时间：2pm-11pm (GMT+8) 马来西亚时区
工资：Up to $1,000USD
