  • Coordinate and assign schedules for agents to meet client demands.
  • Monitor attendance and adjust schedules based on operational needs.
  • Communicate with team leaders to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Analyze data to improve scheduling efficiency.
  • Support management in forecasting future staffing needs.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Edu not required; relevant experience preferred.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year experience in a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Customer Service, Scheduling, Call Centre, Back Office Support, People Skills, Technical Skills, Team Player, Problem Solving.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Monitor call quality, report findings, and provide feedback.
