Key Responsibilities

• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale accounts, including local department stores.
• Sales: Actively seek out new business opportunities and drive sales of our products to wholesale customers.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including its features, benefits, and target market.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
• Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with wholesale customers, including pricing, payment terms, and promotional activities.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and give management insights on account performance and market trends.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for the beauty industry and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
• Willing to work on-site full-time and report to the office in Mandaluyong City.
