Description
- Develop functional and appealing web applications based on usability.
- Work with the Marketing team to match visual design intent for BPO solutions.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all web content.
- Collaborate with other department members to improve NDM's user experience.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies for the Call Center industry integration.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of prior experience in web development is required.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with backend technologies. Knowledge of web frameworks and responsive design is essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Building and maintaining websites, ensuring web design is optimized for smartphones, and developing features to enhance user experience.
- Working Conditions: Team-oriented environment, with occasional need for overtime to meet project deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, creative problem-solver, able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong communication skills.
