Description
- Assist the Supervisor in the implementation of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and ensure compliance with Good Operating Procedure (GOP) of all warehouse personnel.
- Notifies warehouse Supervisor any problems encountered during warehouse operations.
- Support cycle count processes for maintaining accurate inventory within the warehouse.
- Ensure products are checked for quantity, labels, packing, etc., and quality (visual) while receiving/storage and delivery and warehouse tally sheet is maintained.
- All PPEs/safety equipment to be monitored/checked regularly.
- Conducting inspection of warehouse perimeter and facilities.
- Implementing the guidelines on safety, proper maintenance of sanitation and personal hygiene and observance of good warehousing practices.
- Maintaining updated records of warehousing activities.
- Responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness of the warehouse premises.
- Performing other warehouse functions as maybe assigned from time to time.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Diploma degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Excel, exceptional organizational skills, personnel management, staff coaching, and adaptability.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily warehouse operations, staff training, ensure safety compliance, and optimize workflow.
- Working Conditions: Dynamic warehouse environment
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a flexible mindset.
