Job Responsibilities：

1.Assist the Warehouse Manager with warehouse site expansion, warehouse layout planning, team recruitment & training, as well as formulating and optimizing internal management rules and standard operating procedures.

2.Oversee daily warehouse overall operations, guide and coordinate the on-site team to ensure all company-assigned warehouse KPIs and operational targets are fully achieved.

3.Ensure full compliance with local labor & safety regulations as well as company internal policies to maintain a safe working environment for the warehouse.

4.Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior management.

Job Requirements：

1.Must be a local Filipino Chinese / Chinese-Filipino; fluent in both local Filipino language and Chinese, with good understanding of local culture and business norms.

2.Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3.Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with prior warehouse operational experience will be given priority.
