Description

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of orders, deliveries, and inventory management.
  • Maintain inventory levels and track stock movements to prevent discrepancies.
  • Implement and enforce safety procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train and develop warehouse staff, providing feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor warehouse equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs when necessary.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations, including inventory levels and staff performance.

Requirement

  • College Graduate (Business Administration, Any Engineering Course Management)
  • With at least 5 years experience in handling a big Warehouse; and supervisory skills
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
