- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy in E-commerce order fulfillment.
- Manage team performance, providing training and coaching to staff to uphold safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and timely reordering processes.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize warehouse workflows and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
Requirements
- Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in warehouse operations or management.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong personnel handling, staff coaching, and organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Overseeing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
