*Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar staff.

*Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.

*Ensure guests' needs are met and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

*Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.

*Clear and clean tables, reset for the next guests, and maintain a tidy dining area.

*Work collaboratively with other servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service operations.

*Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and cleanliness standards.

*Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

*Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

*Strong attention to detail and organization.

*Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

*Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

*Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus.
