Description

1. Application of the 5Rs of Merchandising. Ensures that the 5Rs are constantly applied to outlets assigned to. 

a. Right Product 

b. Right Price 

c. Right Time 

d. Right Place 

e. Right Promotion 

2. Cleanliness and Orderliness. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the display areas and products at all times. 

3. Prompt submission of reports. Ensures that all required reports are duly accomplished and submitted on time. 

4. Communication Skills. Ability to coordinate well with the OM/ DSS, DKAS/ Sales Personnel, Merchandiser Coordinator, delivery team and store personnel. 

Requirements

  • At least High School / SHS Graduate, or Technical-Vocational (2-year) course graduate 
  • Good in oral and written communication skills 
  • Highly motivated, and capable of working under pressure 
  • Willing to be assigned to customer outlets/ accounts. 
  • Physically fit.
