Collaborate with the Trade Department and Marketing team to develop a cohesive visual merchandising strategy aligned with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
Design and create engaging window displays, interior product displays, and signage that effectively showcase products and entice customers.
Develop floor plans to optimize store layout and product flow.
Source and manage the procurement of props, mannequins, and other materials required for displays.
Oversee the installation and maintenance of visual merchandising elements within the store, ensuring a clean and professional presentation.
Stay informed of current visual merchandising trends and best practices, and recommend innovative ways to enhance the customer experience.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives and make adjustments as needed.
Assist with inventory management and maintain accurate stock levels for display purposes.
Ensure all displays comply with company safety and health regulations.
Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the immediate head.
