Description
- Assess and process visa applications for Discovery Tour, Inc., a leader in the Hospitality & Tourism industry.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations and requirements for various destinations.
- Provide exemplary customer service, guiding clients through the application process.
- Verify all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with global embassies and consulates to facilitate smooth travel experiences for our clients.
- Identify and report any potential issues that could impede client travel plans.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or relevant field required.
- Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in visa processing, immigration services or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with visa procedures and regulations, attention to detail, exceptional communication, and customer service skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Reviewing and processing visa applications, conducting interviews, ensuring compliance with visa laws, and providing guidance to applicants.
- Working Conditions: Office setting, requires sitting for extended periods, may involve occasional travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational skills, integrity, tactfulness, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
