Description :
- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently for a leading Staffing company in the BPO & Call Center industry.
- Build rapport with clients through effective communication, empathetic service, and keen problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and exceed company performance targets.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to offer tailored solutions aligning with customer needs and business objectives.
- Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
Requirements :
- Educational Qualifications: At least a Bachelor's degree is required. Higher education in business administration, communication, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
