We are seeking a creative and experienced Mid-Level UX/UI Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles and can transform complex processes into simple, intuitive designs. You will be responsible for enhancing the usability and visual appeal of our digital products, collaborating with both the development and product teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

User Research & Analysis:

• Conduct user research and testing to identify customer pain points and opportunities.
• Analyze user feedback and data to improve existing designs.

Wireframing & Prototyping:

• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to visualize user interfaces.
• Design interactive prototypes to demonstrate how the final product will function.

UI Design:

• Develop visually engaging designs in line with brand guidelines and usability standards.
• Design interfaces for both web and mobile applications.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business and user requirements into design solutions.
• Present design concepts and facilitate design reviews with cross-functional teams.

Testing & Optimization:

• Conduct usability testing and make iterative improvements based on user feedback.
• Perform design audits to ensure consistency across the product.

Design Systems:

• Help maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.

• 3 -5 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree required
