Description
- Lead and mentor a dynamic sales team to meet or exceed targets in the Insurance & Investment industry.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets for Manulife insurance products.
- Build strong client relationships, provide expert advice, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends to align our offerings competitively and report on sales outcomes and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation based on consumer needs.
- Market to attract the right people, develop and train them to be the best financial consultants in the industry
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or a related field.
- Experience Level: Proven track record with 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a sales managerial role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong networking abilities, excellent client servicing skills, adept in marketing strategies, and experienced in recruitment processes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Lead and motivate a sales team, develop sales strategies, manage client relationships, meet sales targets, and oversee the recruitment and training of new financial consultants.
- Working Conditions: Mostly work from home a fast-paced environment that may require travel and after-hours work to meet clients' needs and business goals.
- Qualities and Traits: Demonstrated leadership, effective communication, decisiveness, accountability, and a results-driven mindset.
