Description
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and scanning of risk documentation onto all Company systems within agreed service levels. Specifically checking agreed % of risk entries as required.
- Data verification, integrity and accuracy.
- Interact with other teams within the Company, i.e, Claims, Finance, Compliance, Management Services and other underwriting teams on matters affecting or related to accounts within the portfolio.
- Help maintain team standards through supporting other underwriting assistants in achieving their service/quality levels and targets as required.
- Support the Underwriters in the delivery of an effective and efficient administration service.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s or College degree in others or equivalent.
- Bachelor's or College degree in IT or any related computer courses is an advantage.
- Critical decision-making Skills.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Ability to complete redundant tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent Computer skills.
- Experience with property and casualty insurance or commercial Insurance (preferred).
- Amenable to work in graveyard shift and onsite at San Juan City
