Ensure timely and accurate data entry and scanning of risk documentation onto all Company systems within agreed service levels. Specifically checking agreed % of risk entries as required.
Data verification, integrity and accuracy.
Interact with other teams within the Company, i.e, Claims, Finance, Compliance, Management Services and other underwriting teams on matters affecting or related to accounts within the portfolio.
Help maintain team standards through supporting other underwriting assistants in achieving their service/quality levels and targets as required.
Support the Underwriters in the delivery of an effective and efficient administration service.

Bachelor’s or College degree in others or equivalent.
Bachelor's or College degree in IT or any related computer courses is an advantage.
Critical decision-making Skills.
Strong research and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
Ability to complete redundant tasks.
Attention to detail.
Excellent Computer skills.
Experience with property and casualty insurance or commercial Insurance (preferred).
Amenable to work in graveyard shift and onsite at San Juan City
