Coordinate and schedule trucking operations, including assigning drivers, planning routes, and ensuring on-time deliveries.
Communicate with drivers, dispatchers, and customers to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues.
Track and monitor the movement of freight, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and customer requirements.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance and inspections.
Manage and update transportation management systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to trucking operations, including driver logs, load manifests, and delivery receipts.
Assist in resolving any operational issues or delays that may arise during transportation.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Support the Trucking Supervisor in analyzing and optimizing trucking operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in transportation or logistics, with a focus on trucking operations.
Strong knowledge of transportation regulations, DOT compliance, and safety standards.
Proficient in using transportation management systems and MS Office applications.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
CDL (Commercial Driver's License) is a plus.
