Truck Sales Representative

Description
- Promote the company's products and/or services
- Prepare company proposal and quotations
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
- Maintain updated records of purchase products, delivery information and invoices
- Monitor PhilGeps Account
- Assist Bidding Officer during bidding process
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
- Ensure timely collection of payment from account
Requirements
- College graduate
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel. Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multi-task
- Knowledgeable in Sales Analysis
- Possess a winning personality
