Description
- Safely drive trucks to deliver goods to specified locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and perform basic maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo, ensuring it is secured properly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license. May require previous driving experience, especially for long-haul positions.
- Ability to lift heavy items and endure long hours on the road.
- Familiarity with GPS and maps.
- Good verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
