Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Description

• Performs the required repair according to TMC and Dealership standards and time

• Ensure and maintain 5s Standard of the bay assigned to him.

• 100% use of courtesy items

• Ensures compliance to all TSM Kodawari items under Workshop

• Promote TMP-initiated programs to help dealer achieve their Business KPIs (Air care, SMILE, etc.) by promoting recommendations

• Checks all vehicles received for pre-service damages

• Returns the vehicles in good condition after the repair including original settings (radio, A/C, seat, mirror) and customer belongings

• 1-2 years experience as an automotive technician is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply


Requirement

Graduate of Automotive course or any related course.
