Position Overview

The Treasury Manager oversees treasury disbursement operations, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient payments while maintaining compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. The role also supports cash flow management, process improvement, and treasury system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash disbursements, including invoices, payroll, and other financial obligations.
• Monitor cash balances and forecast cash requirements to ensure sufficient liquidity.
• Coordinate with Finance and Accounts Payable to manage disbursement needs.
• Establish and maintain effective procedures, controls, and compliance standards.
• Manage and optimize treasury, payment, and ERP systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and error reduction.
• Prepare reports on disbursements, cash flow, and key treasury metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, IT, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop the treasury disbursement team.
• Support treasury initiatives and other finance projects as assigned.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in treasury, cash management, or related finance functions.-
• At least 3 years’ supervisory or managerial experience.
• Proven experience in disbursement operations and cash flow forecasting.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, payment systems, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in treasury/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
