As a Treasury Specialist at Mondo Cucina, Inc. (SMEG Philippines), you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial resources, cash flow, and liquidity. You will play a critical role in ensuring the business operates efficiently by maintaining the optimal level of cash, overseeing investments, managing risks, and ensuring that all banking transactions are executed accurately and timely. The Treasury Specialist will work closely with the finance and accounting teams to support day-to-day financial operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. A professional certification (e.g., CFA, CTP) is an advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of treasury management, cash flow forecasting, financial analysis, and liquidity management.
• Proficiency in financial software and Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of financial markets, banking products, and risk management strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with banks and financial institutions.
