DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safekeeping of check vouchers
- Releasing of check vouchers
- Examines completeness of required documents / details
- Prepares daily and month-end report regarding disbursements
- Prepares various bank forms for remittances, deposits, encashments, bill payments, etc.
- Receives and monitors cancelled checks
- Performs treasury assistant functions and activities to the treasury department
- And all other duties and responsibilities which are not limited to these that may be assigned to you by the management.
Requirements :
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's/College Graduate of Accounting, Finance or any equivalent course
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years related experience
- Can work independently and with minimal supervision
- Trustworthy, responsible and dedicated to work
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
