Logistics

Supervise and assign tasks to the operations team that handles the Transport Equipment.
Evaluate and monitor the performance of operations on site.
Responsible for transport equipment drivers/operators and other personnel management.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment ensure safety standard is in compliance to OSHC standard and other legal requirement.
Provide and organize training to the operations team to enhance their skill level and productivity.
Plan, formulate, and enforce policy and strategic planning to improve the efficiency and safety standard of the team.
Plan, formulate, and implement workflow and system that improve the management and efficiency of transport equipment rental.
Coordinate with the sales team to provide quality customer service and technical support to their inquiries.
Ensure a high utilization level of all transport equipment including but not limited to 4W-6W Trucks, Dump Truck Trailer Truck, Water Truck, and Boom Truck.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related course
With at least 5 years of working experience in the Logistics/Construction Industry
Strong Leadership and Time Management Skills
Experience in Transport Equipment asset management would be an advantage.
Must possess a driver’s license; can drive 4-wheeled vehicle.
Good English verbal and written communication skills
Can work and lead a team in a fast-paced work environment.
Can work under pressure, with tight deadlines, and can multitask.
Highly organized and keen attention to detail.
Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Willing to work in Taytay Rizal from Mondays to Saturdays.
