Description

  • Transporting clients and staff to various locations efficiently and safely.
  • Maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness and ensuring it is well-maintained.
  • Complying with traffic laws and regulations specific to the hospitality & tourism industry.
  • Providing outstanding customer service, being friendly and informative.
  • Assisting with luggage and providing logistical support for Discovery Tour, Inc's operations.
  • Flexible with work schedule, accommodating unexpected shifts due to client needs.


Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: At least a High/Senior High School degree.
  • Experience Level: Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in tour operations or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in driving with a valid driver's license. Must be familiar with routes in Metro Manila and various provinces.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Plan tour itineraries, handle transportation, manage travel schedules, and ensure the safety and satisfaction of clients.
  • Working Conditions: Position may involve extended travel and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Exceptional communication skills, flexibility, commitment to customer service, and strong organizational abilities.
