Description

  • Sales Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and community organizations.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Education and Advocacy:
  • Educate healthcare providers and stakeholders on our services and pro-life mission, advocating for the values of the organization.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Monitor sales performance and report on progress toward goals, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align efforts and maximize outreach.
  • Training and Support:
  • Provide training and support to new team members and stakeholders about our services and pro-life initiatives.

Requirement

  • Education: BS- BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION MAJOR IN MARKETING MANAGEMENT
  • Experience: With or without experience
  • Proven experience in sales or territory management, preferably in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisions.
  • Willingness to travel within the territory as needed.
