- Answer a Call to the costumers.
- Assist the costumers needs and inquiries.
- Provide a necessary details if its needed
- Explain the details perfectly and understood to the Costumer.
Requirement
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: University/College graduate/ Fresh grad/ associate /degree/vocational grad / college level with exp
- Can communicate and understand basic English and Tagalog
- Work experience as Sales Associate/Telemarketer/CSR is an advantage
- Typing speed (45-60 WPM).
- Familiar with computer/office tools such as google workspace, excel etc.
