Sales Telemarketer

Work Setup: Full-time, On-site

Location: Dela Paz Norte, City of San Fernando, Pampanga 2000

Position Summary

The Sales Telemarketer is responsible for generating sales opportunities by contacting prospective customers and franchise leads through phone calls, messaging platforms, and other communication channels. The role promotes the company's products and franchise opportunities, qualifies leads, schedules appointments, and helps achieve the company's sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers and franchise leads through calls, SMS, email, and social media messaging.
• Present the company's products, services, and franchise opportunities professionally.
• Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
• Schedule meetings and franchise presentations for the sales team or Founder.
• Maintain and update customer and lead information in the company's database.
• Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads until conversion.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
• Prepare sales activity and lead generation reports.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
• Perform other sales and administrative duties assigned by the Founder.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• At least one (1) year of experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking over the phone and handling customer inquiries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems or Google Workspace.
• Goal-oriented, persuasive, organized, and self-motivated.
• Willing to work on-site and meet performance targets.
