Computer Skills

Description

  • Handshake and proper endorsement of machine assignment
  • Conducts 5S and ESD check on ionizers shelves/racks and workstations
  1. Ensure all ESD connections are properly connected specially after repair.
  2. Ensure all screws, machine covers, doors and safety locks are properly install after repair
  3. Ensure no air leaks on Fitting and pneumatic hose
  • Perform actual machine parameter checking vs. TCM
  • Checking and updating of machine status
  • Setup/Converts and repair machine.
  1. Per Loading plan
  2. Machine transfer
  3. Power failure
  4. Plant shutdown/start up
  • Proper machine shutdown
  • Correlation
  • Machine ownership in terms of Productivity, Quality and Uptime
  • Ensures the following records are properly filled out, readable and updated
  1. TCM
  2. X-bar & R-chart during setup and out of control
  • Responsible for weekly cleaning of Sealing Shoe per machine ownership
  • Responsible for weekly and every machine setup & correlation of vision system per machine ownership
  • Ensure all issued tools are well maintained
  • Ensure machine labels are intact and readable after repair
  • Responsible in escalating the following:
  1. Downtime with greater than 2 hours
  2. Missing parts
  3. Transfer of parts
  4. Worn out parts / Defective or wrong part
  5. Unsafe condition
  • Ensure that they are using the right tools for the specific job
  • Assist in the machine transfer and qualification

Requirements

  • At least undergraduate of any Technical Vocational course (minimum 2 years Technical education)
  • Graduate of Dual Training System Courses
