Description
- Attend to residential and common area concerns;
- Conduct walkthrough inspection every shift and relay equipment and facilities readings/data;
- Conduct troubleshooting/rectification and restoration on equipment's, residential units, and common areas;
- Coordinate/report concerns noticed in residential units and common areas;
- Work within Job Request and Orders;
- Endorse properly to next shifting technicians and engineers back jobs and unfinished tasks;
- Take charge of the cleanliness and orderliness of the equipment rooms and facilities;
- Report deficiencies in the operation of equipment and facilities;
- Conduct/assists in Preventive Maintenance as indicated in the 52-week calendar;
- Generates Reports
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience;
- Vocational graduate;
- With NC2 certificate is advantage
- Willing to work in shifting, during holidays and extended duties/overtimes.
