Description
- Drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets set by Blue Water Multipurpose Cooperative
- Engage with clients to foster long-term relationships in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
- Understand client needs and offer solutions with our cooperative’s HR services
- Consistently maintain a solid product knowledgebase to serve diverse client requirements
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative sales strategies
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a diploma degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies:Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong communication skills for effective persuasion and negotiation.
- Target driven mindset to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Keen attention to details to understand customer needs and feedback.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with customers, identify their needs, present products or services, close sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, which may involve working outside normal office hours including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient with a positive attitude towards challenges.
