Description :

This position will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring potential candidates for Finance and Accounting vacancies within our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop a recruitment strategy that aligns with our business objectives. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that we attract and employ top talent that is aligned with our company culture and values



  • Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various Finance and Accounting job openings
  • Source and screen resume and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the job
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process
  • Use various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networking sites to attract potential candidates
  • Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Conduct background checks and employment verifications to ensure that potential candidates meet our company's standards and requirements
  • Manage the recruitment database and keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote our employer brand and attract potential candidates

  • Must be able to work on flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and/or holidays
  • Has a good business acumen

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2 years and above work experience in the same position
  • Required Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in recruiting for Finance and Accounting roles across different levels (entry-level to senior positions).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to assess candidates’ accounting skills, experience, and qualifications effectively.
  • Strong network within the accounting community to source candidates through referrals and networking events.
  • Familiarity with the accounting industry, including trends, certifications (CPA, CMA), and job market dynamics.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
