Development Team Lead

Reports To: Executive Director / Product Owner

Job Summary

Leads the software development team in building secure, scalable, and high-quality ERP solutions while ensuring timely project delivery, code quality, and effective team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and assign tasks to the development team.
• Oversee software architecture, development, testing, and deployment.
• Review code and ensure compliance with technical and security standards.
• Plan sprints, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, Backend, QA, and documentation team.
• Resolve technical issues and support developers with complex problems.
• Promote responsible use of AI coding tools and review AI-generated code.
• Encourage continuous improvement and automation of development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of development team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, system design, and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with Angular (Typescript), C#/.NET, REST APIs, MS SQL Server/PostgreSQL, Git, and CI/CD.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and coaching skills.
• ERP or enterprise application experience is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, or Codex.
