We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Secondary Education Teacher with a major in Social Studies to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will engage students in the study of history, geography, civics, and economics, fostering critical thinking and a love for learning.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Organize and participate in extracurricular activities related to social studies.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Stay updated on educational best practices and incorporate them into teaching.

• Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with a major in Social Studies (or related field).
• Valid teaching certification/license for secondary education.
• Strong understanding of social studies content and pedagogy.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Experience with technology integration in the classroom is a plus.
