TK Overseas Media HR (Recruiting Position - Philippines Base)

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for recruitment of all positions including anchors, operations, stage management, and talent scouts; sourcing candidates online; and completing the entire process of communication, initial interviews, and onboarding invitations.

2. Maintain recruitment channels, build a talent pool, and compile daily recruitment data and follow up on onboarding targets.

3. Handle onboarding, document registration, and basic employee relationship management; provide pre-job information to new employees.

4. Cooperate with the team to handle daily employee inquiries and personnel changes; and work with management to retain staff.

Job Requirements

5. Send private messages to 30+ potential anchors daily, invite 3 people for interviews weekly, and sign 4 people per month to meet the target.

6. Salary (Davao) Base salary 12,000-25,000 pesos + single-signing bonus

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude. 1. High income, able to withstand pressure, adaptable to flexible work hours in the media industry

2. Priority given to candidates with experience in live streaming/MCN HR, talent scouting, and online recruitment; familiar with the TK group broadcasting industry

3. Proficient in using social media platforms to find job seekers; experience with short video private messaging and community lead generation for recruitment is a plus

4. Basic English reading and writing skills are preferred (required for local communication in Davao); strong learning ability is also acceptable even without English proficiency

5. Strong sense of purpose, values ​​commission income, and able to consistently meet monthly recruitment targets

6. Adhere to the base management system, maintain confidentiality, and do not privately disseminate internal salary or business information

Salary Model Reference: Base salary + new employee commission + monthly performance bonus; the more you recruit, the more you earn, with no upper limit

Red Lines and Prohibitions: Prohibited from privately charging job seekers fees, promising special treatment, disseminating false recruitment information, or inciting employee defections.
