Description

  • Design and analyze civil and structural engineering projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes and obtain necessary permits.
  • Engage in site investigation, feasibility studies, and collaborate with the construction team to achieve project goals.
  • Deliver innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges, keeping sustainability and safety at the forefront.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and contractors, maintaining project timelines and budget.

Requirement

  • Job Title: Civil & Structural Engineer
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required. Further certifications or degrees are a plus.
  • Experience Level: Candidates should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in civil and structural engineering projects.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, STAAD, Designer tools, and Photoshop. Strong skills in cost estimation and quantity surveying are also necessary.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Design and analysis of civil and structural projects, preparing reports and cost estimates, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with other professionals.
  • Working Conditions: The role may require both office work and site visits. Candidates should be prepared for a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and adaptability to different working conditions.
