Description

  • Lead and oversee daily retail operations for maximal effectiveness and efficiency within the store.
  • Implement strategies to strengthen client relationships, drive store sales, and enhance team performance.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and training for store personnel, ensuring exemplary service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align store operations with broader corporate goals.
  • Monitor operational compliance, inventory control, and maintain financial budgets.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirement

Educational Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field


Experience Level:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in retail management or similar role


Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient in marketing and promotion strategy development
  • Well-versed in inventory management techniques
  • Strong sales management capabilities
  • Expertise in customer relationship and satisfaction management
