Description

  1. Arrange and display merchandise in an attractive and organized manner.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to the Store Head.
  3. Ensure proper pricing and labeling of products.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store layout.
  5. Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  6. Execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
  7. Collaborate with the Store Head to analyze sales trends and customer preferences.
  8. Plan and create visually appealing product displays.
  9. Collaborate with the Store Head to implement merchandising strategies.
  10. Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed.
  11. Ensure product pricing and signage accuracy.
  12. Analyze sales trends and customer preferences to optimize product placement.
  13. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of merchandise areas.
  14. Provide assistance and information to customers regarding products.
  15. Collaborate with the Store Head, Cashier, and Roving Store Clerk for efficient store operations.
  16. Functions in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures and applicable laws.
  17. Perform other functions and duties as may be directed by the immediate Head and Management.
  18. Welcome customers, assist with inquiries, locate items, and provide advice or recommendations.
  19. Processes sales transactions (cash, credit, and other payment methods) accurately and efficiently.
  20. Maintains accurate records of transactions.
  21. Balance the cash register/drawer, generate reports for credit and debit sales, at the end of each shift.
  22. Assists with returns, exchanges, and resolving customer complaints
  23. Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing fair and friendly service.
  24. Bag or wrap purchases for safe transport.
  25. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  26. Ensure a safe and clean working environment by following procedures, rules, and regulations.
  27. Contribute to a positive customer experience with courteous service.
  28. Functions in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures and applicable laws.
  29. Perform other functions and duties as may be directed by the immediate Head and Management.


Requirement

  1. At least Senior High School graduate;
  2. At least 1-2 years of experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in sales is preferred;
  3. Must have, or be willing to obtain a Point of Sale (POS) system training;
  4. No specific eligibility required
  5. Basic math and computer skills.
  6. Strong communication and time management skills.
  7. Customer satisfaction-oriented.
  8. Alert and attentive to details.
  9. Can work under minimal supervision and pressure.
  10. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
