We are looking for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Station Admin Cashier to manage remittances, process midmile transactions, and ensure the accuracy of parcel statuses. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless operations within our station hub.

• Receive cash and GCash remittances from Delivery and Pick-Up Riders.
• Verify that returned parcels have the correct status and Proof of Delivery/Proof of Pick-Up (POD/POP).
• Consolidate remittances and prepare accurate reports for management.
• Check and verify records of all delivered and picked-up parcels.
• Prepare collections for bank deposits and ensure timely fund submission according to the bank schedule.
• Manage midmile transactions by assigning parcels to various hubs and ensuring correct tagging of ports.

• Completion of at least 2 years of college education or relevant experience in cashiering or a similar field.
• High integrity, strong attention to detail, and reliability.
• Ability to handle cash securely and accurately.
• Willing to work PM shift (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and adjust to different schedules as needed.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Basic record-keeping and deposit handling knowledge.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills, especially MS Excel, is a plus.
